EDOKAN brings together people with experience in advertising, market research, finance, trade, training and community building. On their own, each skill solves part of a problem. Together, they cover the problems small business owners face most.
The people behind EDOKAN have done this work themselves: run campaigns, priced products, dealt with suppliers, prepared businesses for finance and trained other owners. Where a job needs a specialist we do not have, we bring in trusted professionals.
Planning campaigns, building brands and getting businesses seen on social media and beyond.
Finding out what customers want, what they will pay and where demand really is.
Keeping proper records, pricing for profit and preparing for what banks and institutions ask for.
Finding reliable suppliers and buyers, from equipment and vehicles to cross-border trade.
Turning hard-won know-how into plain lessons, checklists and workshops owners can use.
Running a network where owners help each other, and telling their stories so others learn.
Most help for small businesses covers one piece of the puzzle. An agency sells adverts. A trainer teaches a course. A bank looks at your numbers. But when sales are slow or growth stalls, the cause is usually a mix of things. Because our experience covers the whole picture, we can look at your business as a whole and bring the right skills together. Here is what that looks like.
Research finds out why customers are not buying. Branding and advertising change how you are seen. Pricing lessons make sure each sale earns you more.
Finance readiness gets your records and numbers in order. Research shows the demand behind your plans. Our institutional work points you to the right door.
Trade and sourcing experience finds reliable suppliers or buyers. Research checks the prices and demand. The community connects you with owners who have done it before.
EDOKAN was started by a founder with six years in advertising and market research, helping businesses work out how they come across, who they are really talking to, and why customers do or do not respond.
That work showed that no single skill was enough. The businesses that struggled needed visibility, structure, finance know-how and people to learn from, all at once. So EDOKAN was set up to bring those kinds of experience together in one place.
Today the founder leads strategy and partnerships and brings the right people together for each business we work with. We are building our management and governance step by step, so EDOKAN never depends on one person.
